Shipping Information:

We offer standard shipping services throughout the United Kingdom, as well as international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary, depending on your location. Please contact us to confirm that shipping is available to your country. N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands and certain islands have additional shipping fees. Please contact Us before ordering if you are not from mainland England, Wales or Scotland. Fees might apply for cancelling orders.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is at the delivery address to accept and sign for goods. The delivery address must be suitable to accept the deliveries of any vehicles and according to all traffic H&S Laws. If there are any difficulties with accessing the delivery address Lukaro.shop needs to be informed before an order is placed and before shipment is arranged. Failed deliveries are customers' responsibility and reattempts of delivery are chargeable depending on the goods purchased.

UK Shipping Rates:

All delivery charges are what we keep to the minimum and charge what it costs to deliver to your door.

Delivery rates will appear in your shopping cart once the shipping address is entered and it will depend on the items purchased. 

N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands, please contact before placing the order as it will delay your shipping. 

We use Royal Mail tracked 48h for any small deliveries up to 2kg.

For items over 2kg, we use couriers like DPD or others.

For heavy and bulky items pallet courier deliveries are used. No tracking number is provided for pallet deliveries only can be checked back to Us if information is required. 

Delivery Times:

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or customs delays.

We aim to deliver heavy goods the next day if ordered before 12 p.m., but please allow 2-3 for the goods to arrive. You have the option to request your delivery date. Please leave a note at checkout if you are happy to receive goods earlier than the earliest option available at checkout because some warehouses proceed with shipments faster than others and delivery can be made faster than you requested. If the delivery date doesn`t matter for you leave in the notes "Deliver ASAP if possible" after choosing your required date. We will notify you once the delivery date is confirmed and it's earlier than your request.

Please note small parcels that are shipped by Royal Mail will be shipped same day and it might not be delivered as your requested date.

Large product deliveries can be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the confirmed date of delivery 

If goods are out of stock, we will contact you stating the delivery date available. You can choose alternative goods that are in stock or refund less proceeding fees. Usually, all goods sold on our website are in stock, but sometimes can lead to errors and stock has not been updated quickly enough by our system. Please contact Us before placing your order via chat if goods required as "Urgent" that we can check stock live for you before you place order. After placing order if goods are out of stock and cancelation option chosen, fees might apply.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is placed and shipped you can request a tracking number to track your delivery. We do not send automatically the tracking numbers. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery online or you can contact our customer service team for assistance. 

Please note Large goods do not have the usual tracking number as they are on next-day delivery we can only confirm the day when delivery will take place and it will be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on delivery day. If you want to know the status of the large goods delivery you can contact our customer support for an update.
